On the morning of October 29th, the Qualification Review fort the Safety Training Center of Beijing Institute of Technology was held in the conference room 214 of the State Key Laboratory of Explosive Science and Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology. Mr. Chang Jiwen, Deputy Director of Beijing Safety Production Supervision Bureau, Mr. He Chu, Deputy Director of the science and technology department of the supervision bureau attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the team leader of the reexamination expert group and vice president Wang Yonggao of North China Institute of Science and Technology. The members of the expert group were Minister Zhang Xinliang at the Education Center of the Ministry of National Security Supervision and Management, and Director Deng Mingqin at Zhongyuan Oilfield Training Center. Vice President Zhao Xianli from Beijing Institute of Technology attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Professor Shi Tiangui, Director of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department, Fan Qiangrui, Chief of the Environmental Protection Technology Safety Section, Dean of Jiaotong University, and Prof. Wang Liqiong, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Explosive Science and Technology attended review meeting.
