个人简历：

Hoi Dick Ng, 吳凱廸, is an associate professor at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in 2005. Prior to joining Concordia, he worked as a NSERC post-doctoral fellow at Princeton University, USA and at the University of Cambridge, UK. He is currently a Tier-II Concordia University Research Chair in applied combustion and fuels, and a fellow of the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME). He is a recipient of the Petro-Canada Young Innovators Award and the CSME I.W. Smith Award for outstanding achievement of young engineer in mechanical engineering. He has been awarded this year the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) President's International Fellowship Initiative (PIFI) for Visiting Scientists. His research lies in the area of chemically reacting and unsteady fluid dynamics, and detonation phenomenon in particular.
