报告人简介：

Dr. Alexander Dolgoborodov is currently the head of the laboratory of shock wave effects of Joint Institute for High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He received a degree in engineering physics from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1979. In 1985, he received a PhD degree and then in 2009 a DSc degree from Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He has been awarded the Gelfand Medal for great contribution to the study of the processes of combustion and explosion from Russian section of International Combustion Institute. His current research interests include physics of explosion of condensed systems, detonation and shock waves, optical pyrometry of chemical reaction under shock wave loading, development of experimental techniques for shock wave physics, energetic nanomaterials, mechanochemistry. Currently he is on the editorial board of Journal Combustion Explosion and Shock Waves.
